Alfred "Fred" Werner Brawand, 70 was born on November 2nd, 1947 in Switzerland and passed away on February 19th, 2018. Devoted husband of 40 years and proud father he is survived by his loving wife, Verena (nee' Luethi), and his children, Jeffrey (Kelly) and Jessica (Derek), and siblings, Heinz, Walter (Erika), and Rosette (Heinz). Fred was predeceased by his parents, Rosette and Werner, and sister in law, Monika. He was fortunate to have a career he truly loved and worked at Feintool for 40 years as a toolmaker and apprentice instructor. He also enjoyed volunteering at Matthew 25: Ministries. He was an avid hockey fan and player and liked playing corn hole. Fred was the warm, kind, caring and generous man who made many lifelong friends. A Memorial Gathering for Fred will be Saturday, February 24th from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Schmidt Dhonau Kucner Funeral Home, 10980 Reading Road, Sharonville, OH 45241.
